  1. To improve access to quality education and practical skills for youth and marginalized communities in Eastern Uganda.
  2. To enhance access to affordable, preventive and community-based healthcare services.
  3. To increase agricultural productivity, food security and farmer incomes through sustainable and climate-smart practices.
  4. To promote economic empowerment through cooperatives, entrepreneurship and inclusive financial systems.
  5. To foster positive mindset change, innovation and self-reliance within communities.
  6. To preserve and promote cultural heritage as a foundation for unity and socio-economic development.
  7. To strengthen social inclusion and protection for vulnerable groups, including women, youth, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
  8. To promote environmental conservation and climate resilience.
  9. To strengthen patriotism, national unity and peaceful coexistence.
  10. To establish and manage a sustainable Social Development Fund to support community development and emergency needs.
