Impact should be measurable, dated and verifiable.
TEA will report completed results only where records can support them. Project targets are presented as targets, not as beneficiaries already reached.
Verified Field Activity
Photographic records demonstrate stakeholder engagement, farmer consultations, water and sanitation activity, rider engagement, institutional coordination, technical partner discussions and community mobilisation.
Current Reach
Active participant and beneficiary counts should be drawn from verified registers, attendance records, issuance records and approved project reporting systems.
Target Impact
Targets show the scale a project intends to reach after approvals and financing. They are always labelled as planned or proposed.
Planning targets from developed project concepts.
These are programme targets and concept specifications, not claims of completed delivery.
Impact methodology
For future public reporting, “reached” should mean a person with documented programme contact; “enrolled” should mean a verified participant record; “supported” should mean a documented service, asset or structured intervention; and “beneficiary” should be used only where the nature and duration of benefit are defined.
